Mate Needed

Looking for a good deckhand experienced with running trolling spread. I have a couple good guys I fish with but with everyone having different schedules it would be nice to expand the group. I have equipment, rods, reels, baits, etc. just needing someone that can rig a ballyhoo properly, keep a spread from tangling and get the fish in the boat. I fish a 23 center console and usually target dolphin, wahoo, grouper, cobia, kings, tuna...whatever is biting....just looking for a good hand to join our fishing circle...we fish the Wilmington/Sourhport area.....usually just split gas and bait costs which is very affordable on my boat. May fish a tournament or two as well..
