Thinking about going bottom fishing Saturday before grouper season closes. Looks like swell but not too bad.

Not a charter, you bring your own gear, have your license, split gas, bait and ice. We would be fishing my 36' Contender. Mainly targeting sea bass and gags in the 15-25 mile range.

PM or post if interested, see what we can get together. I'd rather fish than duck hunt in 70 degree air temps.

On hold for a little bit, I might have an actual charter, sorry. Will keep everybody posted that PM'd.

Thanks for the responses earlier, sorry it didn't work out. Ended up with a limit of big sea bass, some sharks, usual bottom fish (grunts, calicos, pinkies) but not even one little grouper? Oh well.

Weather was beautiful! I will post the next time an opportunity arises.

It's ok, I was with Porcha that PMed you. We decided to go on a headboat and caught our limits in BSB, many grunts, AJs, and I myself caught 2 gags.
