Looks similar to something in the flounder family...never ever seen one before. Very cool & thanks for sharing!

We use catch a lot of them when shrimping in the sound. Hog Choker

confirm the hogchoker as well. used to get them seining for minnows in the tidal creeks off the Delaware in south jersey.
