I was wondering if the stolen donzi was ever recovered and the thief caught and quartered don't care about the engine situation.

I believe the hull was recovered shortly after being stolen at South of the Border across the NC/SC line (minus the engines/electronics).

damn, if NASA hired all the thieves around here they could send a rocket around hell and back with a pair of vise grips,a5 gallon bucket of bolts,and 10 gallons of gas .those bastards could steal gravity if some one could hold on to it.
