I wonder how much NOAA spent for this study? I am surprised that no fisherman mentioned that BSB stock was recovering. They are everywhere and this make it look like the fishery is decimated. Guess more regulation is on the way for BSB for recs, charters and head boats. Wonder how much NOAA steered this study to state what it wanted???
