I know, not exactly seafood. But I know one of you chow-hounds knows how to do this.
I used to help Carl Woodle load at his shop in Hope Mills and his wife would fix these pork ribs and ya ate bones-n-all. Very tender, very tasty. I'm thinkin she prolly used a pressure cooker. Got any suggestions?
Thanks.. d:^) Schneeks..

The government has outlawed pressure cooker's as they like guns can kill people.
I know too soon after the terrible acts in Boston but its about the damn truth.
