Thank you all to those who have confessed and to those whom are seeking. God is the way out of the dark, He is the Light of the World. He was yesterday, today, and will be tomorrow. Again when one runs out of their self, He will be there for those who seek Him. I pray He is seek before its to late. As I (a sinner saved by the Grace of God) chose to sit straddle the fence, making no decision to follow God. Little did I know; "when you make no decision, you have made a decision!" May God continue to bless non Christians, as well as Christians.
Merry CHRISTmas to All! Keep Christ in Christmas!

I was thinking this morning about a recent conversation I had with a friend who has really been struggling with some family members over the last several months. Their relationships are strained, to put it mildly, and the holidays have just magnified everything that's been going on. One family member has refused to come visit for Christmas. My friend is very upset and at a loss with what to do. I'm guessing that some of you who are reading this may be going through a similar situation. Fact is, we've probably all been there at one time or another. I know myself, I really struggle at times with my relationships with family members.
As I prayed about my friend's situation this morning, God put something on my heart that I hadn't thought about in quite awhile, The Serenity Prayer. You may be familiar with it, if not please take a moment to look it up.
http://www.lords-prayer-words.com/pdfs/the_serenity_prayer.pdf
As I reflected on The Prayer, I began to think about how I could apply it to the relationships with the people in my life. I came up with the following to make it a little more personal for me:
"Father, please bless me each day with the serenity to accept and to entrust to You the people in my life, recognizing I have absolutely no control over them and even less power to change them. Please give me the courage I desperately need to see myself as You see me, to love myself as You love me and to change the only person I can change .... me! And Father, please give me understanding, patience, wisdom and ,most importantly, a humble spirit so that I will know the difference."
If you anticipate some hard days ahead when you get together with family or friends, my hope is that this may encourage you to take a step back, reach out to God and humbly ask Him to help you see yourself, your friends and family, and those difficult situations a little differently. I know I will!
I wish you all much peace and joy this Christmas and God's many blessings for the New Year!

As this crazy year comes to an end, I wanted to share part of today's devotional from Our Daily Journey. For some, 2016 was a great year. For others, 2017 can't get here soon enough. Regardless of whether your past year was one filled with blessings or challenges, we can all be confident in the future that Jesus offers.
Our Daily Journey - December 31, 2016
"Each New Year’s Eve—no matter how rough the previous 12 months were—we dig deep down and rustle up anticipation for a new beginning. While there’s nothing wrong with hoping for a happier year, it’s much better to base our hope on the one sure foundation—Jesus.
His birth, death, and resurrection provide us with real hope—hope far greater than a fingers-crossed wish driven by the calendar.
As we make our New Year resolutions for 2017, may we forge a commitment to the hope Jesus holds out. Drawing closer to the Savior of our souls and seeking Him in truth will cause real hope to abound and flourish as it springs us into an eternal certainty."
May God bless you and your loved ones in 2017!!

Earthly pleasures are a cheap anesthetic to deaden the pain of an empty life.

Jeff Sessions, our new Attorney General, was sworn in today with his hand on his family's Bible, which our President signed for him and his family. God Bless America!

Romans 12:9-21New King James Version (NKJV)
Behave Like a Christian
9 Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor what is evil. Cling to what is good. 10 Be kindly affectionate to one another with brotherly love, in honor giving preference to one another; 11 not lagging in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord; 12 rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfastly in prayer; 13 distributing to the needs of the saints, given to hospitality.
14 Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse. 15 Rejoice with those who rejoice, and weep with those who weep. 16 Be of the same mind toward one another. Do not set your mind on high things, but associate with the humble. Do not be wise in your own opinion.
17 Repay no one evil for evil. Have regard for good things in the sight of all men. 18 If it is possible, as much as depends on you, live peaceably with all men. 19 Beloved, do not avenge yourselves, but rather give place to wrath; for it is written, “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,”[a] says the Lord. 20 Therefore
“If your enemy is hungry, feed him;
If he is thirsty, give him a drink;
For in so doing you will heap coals of fire on his head.”[b]
21 Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

Mark 8:34-38 (NIV)
The Way of the Cross
34 Then he called the crowd to him along with his disciples and said: “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me. 35 For whoever wants to save their life[a] will lose it, but whoever loses their life for me and for the gospel will save it. 36 What good is it for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul? 37 Or what can anyone give in exchange for their soul? 38 If anyone is ashamed of me and my words in this adulterous and sinful generation, the Son of Man will be ashamed of them when he comes in his Father’s glory with the holy angels.”
Guys as Frank Turek said, "The journey is the destination!" So true. Not a one of us can make the journey without Jesus Christ!

I Believe in Christ.
CC Vaughan
I have been Blessed beyond measure. Seen the sun rise in the Gulf Stream many a time. Kings skying on a live bait from Hatteras to Myrtle Beach. The sun rise and set in the Smokies from all of NC and Va. Killed many a mature buck.
Have a great wife that somewhat understands me. A great understanding son who like his mother is too good for me and a nice but hard headed daughter. Not many few friends but the few I have are real, only a phone call away for help if need. If I were to passed today I have no regrets and would be welcome in His Kingdom.

Friends pls read to know how precious our life moments here on earth😇😇😇😇Pls share this beautiful message with everyone to know the meaning of life !!!
A man died...
When he realized it, he saw God coming closer with a suitcase in his hand.
Dialogue between God and Dead Man:
God: Alright son, it’s time to go
Man: So soon? I had a lot of plans...
God: I am sorry but, it’s time to go
Man: What do you have in that suitcase?
God: Your belongings
Man: My belongings? You mean my things... Clothes... money...
God: Those things were never yours, they belong to the Earth
Man: Is it my memories?
God: No. They belong to Time
Man: Is it my talent?
God: No. They belong to Circumstance
Man: Is it my friends and family?
God: No son. They belong to the Path you travelled
Man: Is it my wife and children?
God: No. they belong to your Heart
Man: Then it must be my body
God: No No... It belongs to Dust
Man: Then surely it must be my Soul!
God: You are sadly mistaken son. Your Soul belongs to me.
Man with tears in his eyes and full of fear took the suitcase from the God's hand and opened it...
Empty...
With heartbroken and tears down his cheek he asks God...
Man: I never owned anything?
God: That’s Right. You never owned anything.
Man: Then? What was mine?
God: your MOMENTS.
Every moment you lived was yours.
Do Good in every moment
Think Good in every moment
Thank God for every moment
Life is just a Moment.
Live it...
Love it...
Enjoy it......
Pls share this beautiful message with everyone to know the meaning of life !
