I kinda like the new layout. Its change so you just have to get use to it. I would love to see the 3-day, 5-day, and 7 day option on the reefcast.
Thanks

Maybe they fixed the App!

I deleted the App off my IPhone 8+ and then reloaded and logged in and worked just fine. 8:43am Monday. chin

Dave, in ReefCast, it appears the cardinal directions for East and West are switched on the right side of the graph. So that now it reads from the top down, N - E - S - W - N, which is showing a Southeast wind for the later part of the week. The App still has the original format which was, N - W - S - E and shows a Southwest wind for the same period. In short, to me, the wind direction graph looks identical in both versions, but the cardinal directions listed on the Y axis don't match up. Am I reading that correctly?

Thanks for the new site. Looks great

Echo the many thanks for the work on the site Dave and what it offers. One thing never changes,,, change!

Having read the reason for the change, one idea would be to keep the dual chart layout of wind separate from waves but with the new hover over to read a data point format. I am finding it difficult to differentiate some of the colors for wind speed and direction and it gets busy with the wave info and something about the previous dual charts was easier to decipher in my mind.

Is there any version of sst's now that is free to use? I usually had decent luck using that to find temp breaks generally then could head that way and look for the in person signs of life, color, current, etc.

Thanks,
Dave

Hi Dave,
Love the new site! Sorry others have a stick up there butt!
One thing is the Buoy selection as Chum mentioned as well.
All it says is error, no numbers or error code.
Thank you for all that you DON"T have to do for us!
Tight lines,

Turned sideways on what kind of phone?

I will have to tackle the other later. That will be pretty involved.

Hey gang my APP wasn't allowing me to login either, but i could use ReefCast on the Website.
I have an I-phone 8+, so i deleted the App, reloaded from the APP Store and now I can use the App or the Website, which the APP is still the old format.

See a notice for seaview subscribers, but it comes up module not active? Also can't get any of the supermap modules to work, get the main page in the drop downs when clicking on them.

Still not able to open SEEcast says my subscription is expired for SEECast but good for Seaview. Any ideas ? Also still not able to get reefcast to work thinking the problem lies in both.
Jason
Big fan of new site and new functions once get them to work. I have been using the trial version for months and its big plus in my book

ReefCast should only work inside the map.

I show your SeaView subscription as active and you should see 2 buttons. One for Bluewater Supermap and One for SeeCast.

If this is not what youa re seeing....Call me at 910-264-3973

Capt. Dave,
The new site looks fantastic, I can't wait to see all it is capable of.
As expected I have had a few issues. I am an active seaview subscriber but can't access reefcast (I know, different subscription)
on the homepage or through BW Supermap. BWS shows the old site homepage in the dropdown menu box. Sea cast opens up to the
default map but will not populate additional data. I have ordered a Fish Here Map for Saturday but would sure like to check the weather first.
Any help you could give would be appreciated.

Your Subscription expires on 03-12-2019

Launch SEECast

Launch Bluewater Super Map
Your SeaView Subscription ends on 03-16-2020

Dave, above is the copy and pasted version of what I see when I click on the SEECast button at the top of the new website's home page. It goes to a new page that has two buttons to click on. If I click on the Launch SEECast, it tells me I need a subscription. If I click on the Launch Bluewater Super Map, it opens, but will not function properly. When I click on any of the tabs at the top of the map, the website home page comes up.

From reading the comments, it seems like this is a problem for some other folks on a PC and not on a phone? I am using a PC.

I am not trying to waste your time by writing all this. I am hoping to clarify what is happening and maybe make it a little easier for you to diagnose.

Call me.

I think O have already fixed the BWSM problem. I am trying to get someone to call over the SEECast problem because I can not reproduce it.

I am looking for both the white screen and the no state problem.

Call me

Try it now.....

If it is NOT fixed.....Try this.....
Change your state to VA->Hit SWC->Change your State to NC->Hit SWC->Hit BWSM

What we did was reset the State cookie.

Alot of the problems I have seen today have been from the old site cookies. Doing what is above resets that cookie.

If that does not work....
Call me at 910-264-3973 and we will troubleshoot it. I will be up for a while.

I think that did it. Thanks!

I don't have a whole lot of time right now to check it out this morning but I'll play around with it tonight and see if any bugs show up.

Thanks again.

Dave I know this isn't as bad as some other issues but would like to know what I am doing wrong. It sucks not having the video show up like it used to.

Also, any chance at having a multiple quote button as an option? Makes it so much easier replying to multiple people
