Can anyone explain the "where the satellites are" to me. I assume this is military time, but why would I be able to see a shot at 8:00 am and it says the shot was taken at 17:35 on the same date. Also a satellite that says the shot was taken at 00:02 and I cant see the one for that day

it might be in GMT, meaning, basically, whatever the time is in Greenwich, UK, where the Prime Meridian comes through (0° Longitude), or just think London. London is currently 5 hours ahead of us (meaning as I type this at 9:22 AM, it is currently 2:22 PM or 14:22 there).
If that were the case, does that make your timelines plausible?
