Hi Dave- I got charged for annual seaview twice. Once Jan 2 and then again today. Can you refund today's charge? Also, I can't send pm's. Could you fix that too? Thanks

Yes I can refund it but YOU have to go into your PayPal account and turn off one of the subscriptions or it will do it again next year. It is one of the things I dislike about the current setup is that the renewal is a paypal function and not a site function so I have no control of it.

I am inMount Airey looking after my dad so it will be a couple days before I get back.

PMs are fixed on the new site.

I turned off my automatic payments on Paypal. Not sure why they were set to do this automatically twice in a month. Sorry for the hassle. Just don't want to pay twice as much for something.

Hi Dave,
I can't send pm's and don't have access to Seaview or Reefcast. I had reached out a couple months back about being charged twice for Seaview. Could you look into this when you have a moment? Thanks
