The wind has me cautious, but wave forecasts are consistent. Planning on heading out of Masonboro tomorrow morning and fishing the 20-30 mile range. If anyone else is going to be out there, let me know.

That's what I thought looking at it, wind just had me cautious... maybe I can go kill some fish.

We are heading out with no fear of turning back if it gets snotty. Same forecast pretty much yesterday and friend went. Said ride out was a little sloppy but laid down offshore.

Went out yesterday with Rodney aka fishonforte, rough out to about 35 miles then it lays down. We fished in 200 ft yesterday and it was nice. Will post a report this afternoon.

It's looking like, if you can stand the run, once you get offshore it should be pretty reasonable on the outside.

We are going to wait it out, Dad is 72 and cant take the 3ft at 5sec Average Wave Period that the onslow offshore bouy is showing.
I thought it would be a little snotty until you get to the 30 mile range.

Was pretty sloppy yesterday so we cancelled for today because it looked like the same or worse forecast. Didn't want a butt whipping and slow day of fishing two days in a row.
