I’m looking for wild turkey recipes, not the kind in a bottle. We don’t eat much fried food so looking for grilled if possible. A two year old bird. I’m gonna try using legs and thighs with rice or pasta.
Thanks

I hope this one posts. Previous one came out blank.

Put some rub on it and smoke it. I tried this last year and was awesome. One wrapped in bacon and the other just rub.

Cut up whole bird and boil with onion celery pepper. Pull off all the meat and chop / grind up using favorite chicken salad recipe.

Of course good homemade sweet pickles is probably the secret ingredient.

Slice thin and batter and fry in skillet or cut into chunks and batter and deep fry.

I cut the breast into one inch strips and marinated for an hour with soy sauce, Evoo, worchestershire sauce and a salt petter garlic mix. Grilled it for about ten minutes. Yummy. Wife and son asked how much more we have and if I was hunted again this week.

Take a roasting pan and put your bird in it cut up onions potatoes carrots and celery put all around the bird. Take mayo and completely cover the bird. Put your favorite seasoning on it I prefer salt pepper and old bay. After seasoning it heavily cover with bacon. Over with tin foil set her at 225 on the grill and let her rip once about done pour your favorite bbq sauce over it and pump the temp up to 350 to crisp it up.
