So I have a good bit of tuna in the freezer right now that I have been trying to eat and have been experimenting with different ideas. I was looking up Tuna Salad recipes online and found a very simple one that turned out really good. It is basically your standard tuna salad recipe, Tuna, egg, mayo, salt, black pepper, with two new ingredients Dijon mustard and hot sauce. It turned out really good and gave it a little something extra. When cooking something like this I don't measure stuff because I just go by taste but I will say I used about a 1/4 the amount of Dijon mustard as I did Mayo. Also I didn't go overboard with the hot sauce, just enough to get the taste. You can play with any of these ingredients to make it suit your taste. Just remember when making something like this you can always add more but you can't take out.

Sounds pretty good to me, another ingredient that is overlooked that really makes things pep up, especially salads, is horseradish. Try it I think you'll like it.
