Sounds good so far, but watch for a lot of local laws to be attached to it if it passes. Your right though its about time, no different than golf, fishing etc.

According to the bill (http://www.ncleg.net/gascripts/BillLookUp/BillLookUp.pl?Session=2015&BillID=H640)

You wont be able to hunt migratory birds. Guess I will still just fish on Sunday.
