Paul,

I have issued the refund for one of the transactions.

You need to login to your PayPal account and look under subscriptions and cancel ONE of the recurring payment or it will do it again next year.

Just an FYI to everyone....

The renewals are a PayPal function and NOT a function of this website or me.

If it charges you twice it is becasue you have signed up twice. I am happy to refund it if needed.

Login in to your PayPal account....Look under subscriptions....Manage Subscriptions.

I found that if you add a new payment method, paypal does not automatically cancel the previous payment method. That’s how I ended up with 2 payments.

Capt Dave, my paypal account says that I have paid 3 times in the past 3 weeks, 28 May, 13 June and 17 June. I guess I had them send the 13 Jun payment when my account was closed on 12 June, after the May 28 payment was made. Not sure why I had them send it again on the 17th. Can you just apply the excess payments to future years? I have addressed with paypal, and have cancelled two of the auto pays.
