I would suspect the seats are made in house by the boat manufacturer. I you are just looking to replace the vinyl covered foam inserts, I would think any marine upholstery shop could make them for you, if you couldn’t get a replacement from the boat manufacturer.

I should have given you guys more information. Totally gutted an old skiff and replaced anything rotten and glassed it back and painted. Having a guy build a rear deck and center console while changing it from a well mount to stern mount with a jack plate because I just didn't like how it handled and layout. I've looked extensively online for similar seats, but can't even find one that is designed thin enough to make a fiberglass lid. My next call is to a boat manufacturer, but want to see if someone on here knew of an option before taking that step. Here is what I did on my first level of renovation.
