The July 2022 Cape Fear Anglers Meeting will be on Tuesday July 19th at the Felix Cafe in Monkey Junction. The meeting will start at 6pm. We recommend that you get there early if you would like to have dinner. This way the kitchen is not overloaded, and the meeting can proceed on time. This month our guest speaker will be Captain Luke Donat from Spot On Charters. Captain Luke is one of the premiere inshore charter captains of this area. He will be speaking about flounder fishing in the area, and how to make the most out of our short season and smaller bag limit. This will be a must attend meeting if anyone wants to fish for flounder. Thank you, Gerry Amitrano, for getting great speakers for our meetings. Please go to the Cape Fear Anglers website https://capefearanglers.com/rsvp.php and sign up that you will be attending. This way we will make sure that there is enough room to accommodate everyone. We have been asked by many members if we will be getting hats once again. Well, we have received a new shipment of hats. These are the same as our previous hats. The cost is $10.00 each. We will be taking orders for shirts they will be the same moisture wicking long sleeve shirts as before. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
