Stuff like this pisses me off. You know I have worked in agriculture all my life. If a swine farm had a spill like this the media and officials would be all over it. Not only that, the farm probably would be shut down. Officials claim to have captured half a million gallons. Did anybody notice 500 vacuum trucks running around town? A lot of cities and towns are notorious for spills like this. Wilmington is Certainly on that list. Iím surprised they didnít blame it in cold weather like they often do. How many times do we get weather in the area cold enough to freeze underground pipes? NEVER.

Folks as long as we continue to vote for officials that line their pockets from increased growth it will only get worse. Its time to put the brakes on the developers and lobbyist .......

The entire infrastructure is being ignored, all while the farm and forestry land is being consumed to dramatically increase tax revenue. Taxes on 100 acres of land vs 100 acres with 125+ houses valued at $250k - $450k!
