They make this stuff I think called on off hull cleaner it is very strong don't breathe it and USE gloves. It's in a red and white bottle when you take the top off you can see the dunes from it. I know if you sprray it on rust stains it kitterally runs off.

gambler on off is good and as was mentioned super super strong. Definetly wear gloves, we usually pour some in a spray bottle and use from a spray bottle. Also you can try Magic Erasers. But be careful with both of these they will remove wax on your boat. SO you need to be ready to wax where you use these things. I usually use Magic erasers just on tough spots.

Try white vinegar if it looks like it is black mold spots. Lot less harsh than OnOff. Just wipe on, sit and then rinse.

On and Off is 'da bomb'. Paint it on, hose it off. Done.

If it black marks made by dock rash, acetone will take it right off. If it is a stain On/ Off is good, but a good alternative (and cheaper) is toilet bowl cleaner. It is thick, so let it sit! Also a marine product called "Greeze Off" used in conjunction with a magic eraser works wonders.

Or lemon juice, just wipe on and wait about 30 minutes or so. Both will take the top layer of wax off the boat.
