I've been happy with my blackened tuna but with still gallons of fillets left to go, its time to switch it up.
I've been hesitant to try BBQ tuna as I rarely see BBQ and fish together but it seems like it'd work. Anyone have good experience with BBQ and really any type of fish?
Also any concerns with mercury if I'm eating 10-12 meals of fish per week? I usually eat blackfin tuna every other meal and grunt/bsb/bliner the others
To all you virgins out there, thanks for nothing!

A sweeter Asian style bbq sauce with grilled pineapple is pretty good. Give it a 30 min marinate, grill hot and fast. In general tho i am not a huge fan of cooked tuna. most of mine turns into Poke, sashimi, are pan seared.
I cant really imagine a crock pot making any type of tuna I would enjoy.

Put it on a hot grill seasoned and baste it like pork or chicken. It is very good.

If I had that much tuna left, I would give it a try. That many meals of tuna in a week in would really be pushing the mercury limit. As for BSB and Beeliners. I really do not know the mercury content. I let my kids eat beeliners and BSBs but no tuna. I will have to look at the website again to see what it says about Beeliners and BSBs.
