Just got a planer rod this year and have really loved the production out of it. My question is do you guys troll more than one planer at the time? I was told that trolling more than one will keep you tangled up, but that doesn't happen when I spanish fish. If you can do it, what size difference are you pulling? I normally pull a #8 or #12 depending on depth. Can you pull a #4 without trouble with that set up? Anyone with experience with this, advice would be much appreciated.

Yes all the time , I pull Nomad deep divers ,# 4 planners and cigar weights with a leader bait behind it, just what ever I feel like on that day .. Just need to make sure your planners and everything is running straight

Thanks for the info, a lot of good opinions and stuff to consider in that thread. Think I will stick to pulling 1 after reading that and maybe a trolling weight on the other. Tight lines and thanks again for your help!
