I am new to using Seecastz. Why am I seeing limited SST data? I have this set for MODIS - Contours SST and MODIS SST for yesterday April 9th. It looks very patchy with little data to see. I can change the date to go back as far as the 4th. If I change the date to days other than the 7th or 9th I see nothing. The first image is from the 7th. Why are the colors purple and blue and not much data on the 9th and green on the 7th with more data? I am confused. Thanks for any help.

7th to the 9th....Cloud cover.
Modis can not see through clouds. The colors are all about the what ramp you chose. 70F-90F or 30F-60F sort of thing.
There are 3 shots. Modis, AVHRR and VIIRS. All three come at different tim,es of the day. AVHRR is forst....Then VIIRs and then MODIS comes in later in the day.

There is modeled cloud free data in SEECast under the SEECast tab.
